At Emirates Printing Services, we are committed to providing high-quality printing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed.
1.1 Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Errors or defects in the printed materials caused by Emirates Printing Services.
Cancellation of an order before production has started.
1.2 Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Errors in customer-submitted files (e.g., typos, incorrect colors, low-resolution images).
Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction after order completion.
Delays caused by third-party delivery services.
2.1 Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement and before production starts are eligible for a full refund.
2.2 If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
3.1 If a product is defective or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the order.
3.2 We will offer a reprint or refund, depending on the nature of the defect and your preference.
3.3 Defective products must be returned to us in their original condition for inspection.
